READY FOR HOLLY DAY-TOX?

The holly tree holds quite a few meanings.

  • In Christianity, it symbolizes the birth of Jesus and the season of Christmas.
  • In Celtic mythology, the holly tree is sacred and symbolizes peace and goodwill.
  • Holly also reminds us of our inner strength and endurance, so we may achieve our goals.

Aside from its spiritual meaning, the holly tree plays a critical role as a food source for many animals and insects. Therefore, its survival is essential due to all those reliant upon it.

As humans, our very existence depends on an intricate ecosystem that revolves around eating and feeding. What we eat is important as well as what comes out of our body because, in some form, it returns to nature. Feeding others. That's why the Holly Day-Tox focuses on stage one of the process: waste removal.

That said, here are WEEK TWO DAY-TOX TIPS:

  1. Take your magnesium - Before bed, hit your required intake for the day.
  2. Belly massage, periodically.
  3. Water with lemon - consume 1st thing and throughout the day.
  4. Move - moving within an hour of eating can help with the body's digestion of food.

If you are still experiencing persistent constipation or have questions about any of these, please consult your healthcare provider.
